The courts recent decision to overturn the federal right to abortion despite half a century of precedent that the Court’s recent additions promise to respect has roiled much of the nation with protests continuing on the rise.

President Biden says that the court has brought that condemnation on its self. He wants the Congress to pass a new law protecting abortion rights Nationwide even if the Senate has to discard the filibuster rule that effectively requires a 60-vote supreme majority to do it.

He says “the one thing that has been destabilizing the U.S outrageous behaviour of the supreme court an overruling not only Roe V Wade but essentially challenging the right to privacy, we have to change that decision by codified Roe V Wade.
