The 4th of July, an independence day claimed lives of many with many more injured due to the shooting that broke out in the middle of the day at an independence parade that was held at Highland park. In this incident, children got separated from their parents during the chaos trying to flee for their lives as bullets flew left and right.
The parents who managed to stay close to their children even decided to place them in garbage dumpsters to save their lives and go look for the remaining family members with their courage put at the limit when bodies started falling one by one.
The police later on apprehended the suspect of the shooting who was identified as Robert ‘Bobby’ Crimo III also known as aka Awake the rapper, a trump die-hard supporter. This was claimed as a gift from Trump on the 4th of July to America. Some even said that its a 30% Jewish attack that affected everyone.
Now since the attack, their is no where safe for Americans as our country has become a hub for guns, religious fundamentals, controlling women’s bodies and so many more. Where is the country that the previous war heroes died fighting for, its all in ruins. Do gun laws even work if their is was one mass shooting evert 30years and now one mass shooting every three hours? U.S. Marine Carl Dekel shed tears for America while saying “The things we did and the things we fought for and the boys that died for it, its all gone down the drain.”
Vice President Kamala Harris says this shooting is a reminder that more should be done to address gun violence and brutality in our country.
